Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production lines to identify defects or quality issues and report them immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic math skills for measuring and inventory purposes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
