Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated Assembly Line Associates to support our production goals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that every product meets our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated and semi-automated machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine quality control inspections and document results accurately.
- Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to detailed blueprints and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S principles.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Complete all required training modules and safety certifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read production schedules.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa, GA facility.
