Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
