Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Maintain and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our software products.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on code quality and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Deep understanding of SQL databases and experience with NoSQL solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
