Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
- Load/unload shipments using proper lifting techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
