Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and freight handling
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Way, Boston
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
