Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, label, and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Operate warehouse machinery safely (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Support cycle counts and monthly audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Steady work history with minimal gaps
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to facility
