Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution to customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate shipping and receiving equipment efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measuring inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for all positions.
