Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and data entry
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality

- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
