Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently select, pack, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and prioritize orders to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain high accuracy levels.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
