Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, sort, and ship products using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct quality control inspections on outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support inbound receiving and putaway processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
