Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products.
- Load and Unload Freight: Manage the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all products are accurately packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum requirement for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with numbers for inventory counts and ticket verification.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts, including overtime if necessary.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
