Responsibilities
- Perform loading and unloading of freight safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work various shifts (Day, Swing, Night).
- Basic math skills for scanning and reporting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
