Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing machinery to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on finished goods to maintain our zero-defect standard.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow and resolve production issues.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely using industrial equipment.
- Report machinery malfunctions, safety hazards, or material shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Complete necessary documentation and time logs accurately for payroll and production tracking.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for measurement and counting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with varying shifts.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, attendance, and reliability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
