Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments according to company guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed)
