Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
