Responsibilities
- General Labor: Perform daily warehouse and logistics tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment and ensure all packaging standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organization and tracking of stock to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates ready to learn.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for full-time shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
