Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions in biotech, automation, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and threats to business continuity by 2026
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for regulatory alignment
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure approval for pilot programs
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation standards
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and systemic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning for complex futures
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
