Responsibilities

- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with measurable ROI targets
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable tech adoption
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 15+ annual patents
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with successful investor/board presentations
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech journals
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
