- Build and lead a 12-member cross-disciplinary innovation lab
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research commercialization
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ in Fortune 500 settings
- Proven track record scaling tech from concept to market ($100M+ impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AGI, biotech convergence
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in MIT Sloan or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
