Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation pipeline
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives with partner labs
- Develop sustainable AI frameworks for enterprise clients
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12+ technical specialists
- File 5+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD in CS, Physics, or related field (or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural networks
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ products
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and Qiskit
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for APAC partnerships)
