Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning with strategic business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and MVPs for futuristic technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimentation
- Manage the innovation portfolio budget ($2M+ annual allocation)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging fields: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 industry-disrupting innovations
