Responsibilities
- Develop and lead cross-functional innovation roadmaps for 2026 product launches
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, bio-AI) and assess commercial viability
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with ESG goals and regulatory landscapes
- Build and lead a high-impact innovation lab with 8+ specialized researchers
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present findings to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching minimum 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with relevant patents/publications preferred
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with 20%+ YoY growth
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Agile/Lean Innovation or Design Thinking
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and prototyping
