- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead ideation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough concepts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Present innovation portfolios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs and track ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with accountability for allocation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis and future scenario planning
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
