Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update inventory management systems (WMS) in real-time.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock shipments with precision.
- Label, stock, and maintain proper storage conditions for all products to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize stock flow and retrieval processes.
- Report damaged or missing goods to management immediately to prevent losses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
