Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and security to prevent downtime and data breaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
