Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core components of the proprietary 2026 Stack, ensuring high availability and scalability across global data centers.
- System Optimization: Drive performance engineering initiatives to reduce latency and optimize throughput for real-time neural network processing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Protocol Development: Define and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and best practices for the '2026-ready' ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and R&D leads to translate futuristic requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) deployments using Terraform and Kubernetes within hybrid cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Stack Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go, with demonstrated experience in building high-throughput systems.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems principles.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography and hybrid classical-quantum computing models (a plus).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical migrations and product launches.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
