In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) into our core product suite, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Strategize and implement a long-term technology vision focused on AGI readiness and advanced neural networks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant ML pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary LLMs for enterprise applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and AI safety standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing integration, edge AI) and integrate them into our architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record deploying Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama) into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
