Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams for autonomous AI agents.
- Lead AI Research: Guide a team of researchers in exploring Post-LLM architectures and multi-modal learning paradigms.
- Optimize Performance: Implement high-performance computing strategies to ensure low-latency inference in edge environments.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate futuristic requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers and architects in advanced AI engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
