Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time processing on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and AI ethics compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Drive technical strategy for AI hardware acceleration and quantum computing integration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of deploying production-grade AI models that handle high throughput and low latency.
