- Design and architect scalable autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and execution for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the integration of advanced LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG pipelines to build context-aware systems.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for AI safety, alignment, and reliability.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-grade software.
- Optimize model inference costs and latency to ensure high-performance deployment environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications and Agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
