Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Vision: Design and implement the high-level architecture for next-generation Generative AI models and autonomous systems.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical strategy and milestones for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and recruit top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and model interpretability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architecture role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance challenges in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage high-performing teams and drive technical vision from concept to deployment.
