Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI architecture roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural architectures.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems that handle high traffic and complex data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
