Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system scalability, fault tolerance, and security compliance across all AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive complex technical projects to completion.
