Responsibilities
- Define and implement the long-term AI architectural roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable Machine Learning pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive research and development initiatives in emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale across global infrastructure.
- Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and conduct technical code reviews.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of architecting high-availability systems for Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse teams and managing project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
