Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural networks designed for high-performance inference and learning in real-time environments.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model architecture to reduce latency and computational costs while maximizing accuracy.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage within the engineering team.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and implement emerging technologies into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
