Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers in the research and implementation of Generative AI models.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of edge computing with cloud-based neural networks.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
