Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI evolution, integrating cutting-edge research with practical application.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists in best practices and architectural patterns.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale neural networks for inference speed and resource efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest advancements in Generative AI and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Vision: A deep interest in the future of AI and the ethical implications of technology.
