Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026, ensuring robustness and security.
- Lead technical strategy, mentorship, and code reviews for a cross-functional engineering team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions and architectural roadmaps.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines and oversee data governance standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating new frameworks (e.g., LLMs, Quantum-ready algorithms) to enhance project efficiency.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in Machine Learning or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on strict timelines.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, distributed systems, and real-time processing.
