Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale workloads.
- Lead the architectural strategy for migrating legacy systems to quantum-ready cloud environments.
- Oversee the development and fine-tuning of proprietary generative AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define the technical vision for future product features.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and data streaming.
- Track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
