Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI systems focused on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps that align with our 2026 product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data governance.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
