Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, defining technical vision and best practices for the next phase of AI evolution.
- Optimize Compute Workloads: Engineer high-performance computing solutions that maximize efficiency and reduce latency for real-time AI processing.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) into our production stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, code excellence, and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- 2026 Readiness: Proven track record of working with large language models (LLMs) and developing scalable API architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to deployment.
