Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the Year 2026 technological landscape, including quantum-resistant encryption and edge computing nodes.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI models into enterprise workflows with a focus on ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct proof-of-concept research for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to ensure Chronos Labs remains ahead of the curve.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards for high-performance AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee system reliability and performance optimization for real-time data processing at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or cryptography is a major plus.
