Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive AI and data strategy roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Technology Forecasting: Analyze emerging tech trends (LLMs, Generative AI, Edge Computing) to predict and prepare for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to execute the vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, data science, or strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and long-term roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges.
