Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Architect a forward-thinking technical strategy that integrates Generative AI, Quantum algorithms, and edge computing to meet future scalability needs.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on post-quantum cryptography and neural network optimization for next-gen hardware.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of futuristic AI models into legacy infrastructure, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Talent & Mentorship: Build and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information or AI.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving complex technical transformations.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and emerging Quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-stakes scalability and security challenges.
