Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI integration, machine learning pipelines, or next-gen web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
