Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Translate high-level business goals into a comprehensive technical vision and execution plan for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Strategic Infrastructure Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting global scale.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with company objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) into existing architectures.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to look beyond current trends and define long-term technical strategies (5-10 year horizon).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
