Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical vision and strategy for the 2026 Vision Initiative.
- Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide mentorship to senior engineering teams.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Drive technical decision-making processes and standardize coding practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system migrations and infrastructure modernization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and edge computing is a plus.
