Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and define the long-term technical strategy to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation by 2026.
- System Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability enterprise systems using modern cloud-native architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior and junior developers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for software engineering.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimization: Drive performance improvements and cost-efficiency across our technology stack.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
