Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Define the high-level design and technical strategy for the 2026 Visionary Systems, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Roadmap Management: Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, coordinating with product and engineering teams to deliver breakthrough features.
- Technical Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and external partners clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or engineering leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems under pressure.
